About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities
