About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant engages customers, learns about their needs and desires, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, and shares information about extended service plans and financing options. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals. Base pay is $15.16–$20.50 plus sales commission; final pay depends on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
