About The Position
Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to join its sales team. The role focuses on providing customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Consultants build relationships with customers, understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, and provide information about extended service plans and financing options. They work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
