About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to join its sales team at The Shoppes at Lake Geneva in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The role is responsible for providing customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Team members build personal relationships with customers, learn about their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, and share information about extended service plans and financing options. Associates are expected to meet individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
