As a member of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to valued customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and working toward sales goals. The role is suited to someone who enjoys building lasting customer relationships and delivering a positive, customer-focused experience.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
