As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and working toward sales goals. The role suits someone who enjoys building lasting customer relationships and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities
