Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on building lasting personal relationships, understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise, and sharing detailed information about product features and benefits. Team members also provide information about extended service plans and financing options while working toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
