About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide valued customers with a superior shopping experience. Team members help customers celebrate life and express love by learning about their needs and desires, presenting merchandise, and explaining product features and benefits. They also provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
