About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior experience. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. Associates work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.

Base pay of $15.00–$20.50 plus sales commission; final rate depends on experience and qualifications.
