About The Position

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to valued customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
