About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant engages customers to understand their needs, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, shares information about extended service plans and financing options, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
