About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate life’s special moments and express love through jewelry.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
