About The Position
Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for a customer-facing sales role. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and explaining product features and benefits. The role also involves discussing extended service plans and financing options and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position offers a base pay of $17.00–$25.60 plus sales commission; the final rate depends on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
