About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring sales team members to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves building personal relationships with customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. Associates are expected to meet individual and team sales goals. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements
