About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs and helping them celebrate life and express love. The role includes presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
