About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers and helps them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, discussing extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Candidates should bring a positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills. The position offers base pay plus sales commission, with benefits varying by employment status.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
