About The Position

As a member of Zales’ Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers. The role involves learning about customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Zales seeks team members who enjoy helping customers celebrate special moments and who deliver a positive, customer-focused experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
