About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide customers with a superior shopping experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and achieving individual and team sales goals. The position is offered as seasonal, part-time, and full-time work.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
