About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant builds relationships with customers, understands their needs and desires, presents merchandise, and explains product features and benefits. The role also involves discussing extended service plans and financing options and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
