About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role is part of the Sales Team and involves learning about customers’ needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about service plans and financing. The position is available on a seasonal, part-time, or full-time basis.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
