About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. The role contributes to individual and team sales goals and helps customers celebrate life and express love.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
