About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals.

The role calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
