About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

The position offers base pay of $15.16–$20.50 plus sales commission. Final pay is determined based on experience and qualifications. Benefits and eligibility vary by employment status.

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
