Responsibilities

• Meet required monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Continually develop selling behaviors in accordance with the company’s selling model.

• Proactively and consistently follow up with guests before and after sales and at delivery.
• Improve performance based on feedback from store management.
• Promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Perform opening and closing duties as directed.
• Accurately perform systems functions and maintain operational standards.
• Record all hours worked.
• Review and act on email and company communications.
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Collaborate with all team members.
