About The Position

As a Bartender, you are the first smile, the friendly face, the problem solver, the schedule magician, the hype person, and the energy setter – the heartbeat of the shop. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and genuinely cares about making someone's day brighter. We are looking for individuals who love making people feel welcome and taken care of, enjoy a dynamic work environment, can multitask, are proactive in noticing what needs to be done, and enjoy working collaboratively with a team. Reliability and weekend availability are essential as the team and guests depend on us.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability required.
• Dependable, coachable, hardworking, and excited to create amazing experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal Drybar regulars.
• Keep the front desk running smoothly by managing reservations, answering phones, updating guest profiles, and solving scheduling challenges.
• Support our stylists by helping the day flow efficiently behind the scenes.
• Keep the shop beautiful by restocking products, organizing retail displays, maintaining cleanliness, and completing daily side work.
• Be a team player who jumps in wherever needed because everyone succeeds together.
