About The Position
COBS Bread is looking for a personable Sales Assistant to join their team. This role focuses on providing customers with a great in-bakery experience and sharing enthusiasm for their products. No prior experience is necessary, as the company values a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The Sales Assistant will work as part of a small team, be responsible for merchandising and marketing campaigns, and assist with bakery cleanliness and production, including some baking tasks.

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team, providing an exceptional customer experience, and getting to know regular, loyal customers.
- Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns.
- Work alongside the team to keep the bakery clean.
- Assist with production as needed, including learning baking tasks.
