Subaru of Spokane is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level, training-focused role is designed to support our Sales department while developing the skills, product knowledge, and experience needed to advance into a traditional Sales Representative position. Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached
• Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Interest in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers during the vehicle shopping process
• Learning Subaru product features, technology, and benefits
• Supporting Sales Consultants with test drives, paperwork, and follow-ups
• Maintaining showroom and vehicle presentation standards
• Participating in sales training, role-playing, and mentorship programs
• Learning dealership systems, CRM tools, and sales processes
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with Subaru’s values
