About The Position

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Leaders. Solicit new prospective clients and target new prospects. Outbound sales solicitation via phone, email and marketing strategies. Schedule appointment presentations of our products and services to new and existing clients. Manage incoming loan submissions, review for completeness, and ensure accurate data entry into loan origination systems. Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering questions and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials for prospective and existing clients. Track pipeline activity and coordinate with operations to ensure loans are progressing through underwriting and closing in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company loan products, eligibility requirements, and pricing tools. Collaborate with underwriting, disclosures, and funding teams to resolve documentation or status issues. Support the onboarding process for new brokers and correspondents, including gathering necessary documents and setting up access to systems. Monitor and update CRM and sales tracking tools with accurate client and loan-level information. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales, mortgage, or financial services role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Non-QM lending products is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
