As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact to project completion. Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or sales support experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, CRM systems)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office
  • Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
  • Knowlegeable in general office software (Microsoft Office) and equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • A/R experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales calls and identify customer needs (residential & commercial security, fire, CCTV, etc.)
  • Generate and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales tracking systems
  • Coordinate job information between sales and production teams
  • Track sales activity, commissions, and reporting metrics
  • Assist with marketing efforts and lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and quality control
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and the sales team
