About The Position

The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and enhance customer satisfaction. This position involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively. The Sales Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends to better assist customers. By managing inventory and processing transactions efficiently, the Sales Assistant ensures a smooth sales process. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to contribute to the overall success of the sales department and foster long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with WMS systems required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, logistics coordination, or order management preferred.
  • Experience with MES and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of shipping, logistics is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Chinese) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily communication with customers via email, phone
  • Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely updates throughout the order fulfillment process.
  • Coordinate and arrange shipments with logistics providers and warehouses.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, including Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (BOL), and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor order status, inventory availability, and shipment schedules, proactively resolving issues when necessary.
  • Assist customers with order changes, delivery updates, and after-sales support.
  • Perform other administrative and sales support duties assigned by management.
