About The Position

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Loan Officer from the beginning of the application through closing, working closely with processors and applicants throughout the loan process. The role calls for strong communication and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience. PRMG describes its culture as casual yet professional, team-oriented, and family-like. The position manages clerical tasks needed to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf of and as directed by a manager. Requirements

Have a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate state licensing in good standing.
One to two years of operations and loan document-drawing experience, or comparable experience.
Strong interpersonal communication and business relationship skills.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent analytical, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
Technological proficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Manage clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf of and as directed by a manager.
Assign loan files.
Maintain the document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed.
Split and stack loan documents.
Provide overflow document-drawing support as needed or directed by a supervisor.
Perform departmental filing.
Perform a variety of PTF functions, including VOE, VOM, and VOD.
Perform other duties as assigned.
