We’re looking for our next team member to join our 6-Month Fast Track Program, a hands-on opportunity designed to launch a long-term career in sales and wealth management. This is not a typical entry-level role. It’s a high-performance training ground for someone ready to learn quickly, work hard, and grow into a client-facing, revenue-generating position. The right candidate will also be highly comfortable with AI tools and emerging technologies. Top performers will be sponsored, licensed, and fast-tracked into a full-time role. Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ambitious, driven, and competitive
  • Coachable with a strong work ethic
  • Strong interest in sales, finance, and wealth building
  • Comfortable using AI tools and technology

Responsibilities

  • Support client service and account operations
  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and CRM management
  • Learn the day-to-day operations of a high-performing wealth management practice
  • Observe real client meetings and investment strategy discussions
  • Contribute to strategic content creation for social media
  • Direct involvement in client outreach and meetings
  • Hands-on sales experience
