About The Position

JLL is seeking a dynamic and eager team member to join their Kansas City brokerage team. This individual will be a key contributor to the sales support team, providing marketing, operational, and administrative support to an assigned team of commercial real estate professionals. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, a creative eye, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook with ability to learn new software and JLL’s in- house platforms.
  • Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; working to strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign is a plus.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the team in technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe Suite, JLL Aero, etc.) and other company-supported programs.
  • Update and maintain the company Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients, deal information, and expenses.
  • Manage property listings across multiple platforms (MarketSphere, CoStar, Loopnet, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist team with preparing and updating client-specific reports, tour books, market surveys, etc.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative functions that support the business and revenue generation within the sales team.
  • Prepare and execute expense reports on a regular and timely basis.
  • Produce timely and accurate word-processed documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
  • Perform general duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room set up, office maintenance, and ordering supplies.
