Requirements

  • Must have reasonable knowledge of and experience with PowerPoint or Canva
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
  • Self-starter, with the ability to take and follow direction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can work well independently and as an integral part of the team
  • Complies with Network and Urban One’s mandatory training and adheres to related course deadlines
  • Submit to a criminal background check
  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales cycle by accurately entering and tracking local sales orders and campaigns.
  • Enter orders received from our local sales team
  • Monitoring and helping to execute all local sales orders and campaigns
  • Processing make-goods and exceptions for local orders which will in many cases entail working closely with the traffic department
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales team, Traffic, and Finance departments to resolve complex issues related to campaign billing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain regular communication with Integrated Marketing Specialists and Sales Managers to secure alignment on client needs.
  • Monitor and manage the local order system to ensure timely execution.
  • Creating presentations, sales kits and recaps primarily for use
  • Attend and contribute to local sales, promotions, and programming meetings to represent national sales interests and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain and update Sales Pending Reports to ensure real-time visibility into order statuses and sales pipeline.
  • Lead quarterly audits of national and corporate orders to ensure alignment with contractual terms and internal policy compliance, recommending procedural updates as needed.
  • Assist in collections with agencies and accounts
  • Providing clerical support including filing of contracts
  • Assisting with promotions such as remotes and events
  • Entering digital orders and digital components into Ando or similar system
  • Assisting with receptionist desk duties when needed
