The Sales Assistant will partner with Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure seamless client onboarding and provide administrative support. This role involves managing client materials, inquiries, and completing Know Your Customer (KYC) activities. The assistant will support RMs with KYC for both Deposit/Treasury and Loan/Credit activities, and coordinate with the middle office in operations for deposit and treasury client onboarding execution and servicing. Additionally, the role supports pre- and post-closing documentation workflows for credit and treasury products, collaborates with Credit and Loan Closing teams, and is involved in pre-underwriting for loan servicing and account opening for deposit/treasury activities. The position also requires performing quality control checks on client data and documentation, coordinating with Compliance for documentation gaps, and working with Operations and Compliance to meet regulatory standards. Facilitating servicing tasks with the Middle Office and/or Customer Service in Operations, resolving client servicing issues, tracking service requests, and responding to internal and external requests regarding onboarding and servicing status are key functions. The role also includes assisting clients with digital tools and providing support during transitions, as well as assisting with data entry, tracking, and follow-ups for financial and compliance materials.
