About The Position

Hawaii News Now is looking for a Digital Sales Assistant to join their fun and forward-thinking company. This role is essential to the sales team, responsible for protecting revenue by booking business, optimizing orders, and ensuring fulfillment for advertising partner campaigns. The Sales Assistant will support Media Executives, acting as a secondary point of contact for clients and managing campaigns from booking to optimization. Additionally, this role contributes to client brand touchpoints by creating social media content, posting website articles, and attaching videos that highlight client interactions with the HNN brand.

Requirements

Organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful
Focused on data-driven storytelling for clients
Committed to taking on new tasks and working them to completion
Confident when talking to new people or asking tough questions
Strong communicator, both written and oral
Basic video editing and social media marketing preferred

Booking business
