Policaro BMW is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Assistant with a passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service to join their high-performance team. This role involves organizing vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles meet display standards through inspection and cleaning, supporting the sales team with vehicle staging for appointments and test drives, and monitoring lot traffic to maintain inventory security and upkeep. Requirements
- Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid and clean driver's license
Responsibilities
- Organize the vehicle inventory across the dealership lot
- Inspect and clean vehicles to ensure they meet display standards
- Support the sales team in staging the vehicles for appointment and test drives
- Monitor lot traffic and keep inventory secure and well-maintained
