About The Position
We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Sales Assistant position in North Aurora covering our Nissan store. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting. The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good job references are required.

- Experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Stock in new vehicles, used car purchases, dealer trades, open repair orders, check recalls, etc.
- Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
- Order, receive and stock all supplies and refreshments.
- Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.
- Maintain and monitor key tracker system.
- Other duties as assigned by the management team.
