Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Engage and welcome potential customers at our Design Center
- Help customers by providing guidance and answering their inquiries about customization options
- Keep the Design Center and models in top condition, representing our business professionally
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a respectful manner
- Maintain accurate and current customer information for our sales team
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt construction start times for our customers
- Working with customers during the design selection phase
