Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials
  • Conduct research on market trends, industries, and potential clients
  • Help manage and update customer information using CRM systems
  • Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution across digital and traditional platforms
  • Learn to analyze client needs and contribute ideas for marketing solutions
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the sales team
