About The Position

The Chimney Guys are building the next generation of top-performing Sales Technicians through a 6-month intensive program. This program is designed for individuals who are driven to win, grow rapidly, and achieve high earnings. It is a "proving ground" where performance is key to advancement. Successful completion leads to CSIA certification, the ability to run independent jobs, a full commission structure, and activation of a 6-figure income path.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work in the field (homes, roofs, all weather)
• Ability to travel to job sites regularly (50-70%)

Responsibilities

• Ride along with top Sales Leads to learn in-home sales and inspections.
• Assist with estimates, job scopes, and customer education.
• Learn to diagnose problems and present solutions that lead to closing sales.
• Support production teams and understand the complete job lifecycle.
• Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily.
• Execute tasks with precision, professionalism, and urgency.
