About The Position
BathWorks is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Sales Appointment Setters in Byron Center, MI. This full-time role involves connecting with warm leads who have already expressed interest in Jacuzzi® shower or bath remodels. The primary responsibilities include building trust, understanding homeowner needs, answering questions, handling objections, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The position offers a steady schedule with hourly base pay plus uncapped bonus potential, with typical earnings ranging from $50,000–$70,000 annually. There is potential for hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days based on training completion and performance.
