About The Position

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, call center, sales, or automotive experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, internet leads, text messages, and email inquiries.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department.
Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Follow dealership processes for lead management and customer follow-up.
Conduct 80+ outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers.
Re-engage previous customers and unsold prospects.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments arrive and receive a professional experience.
Meet and exceed appointment-setting and show-rate goals.
Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
