About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions in various departments including Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Women's Shoes, Men's Shoes, Accessories & Handbags, Lingerie, At Home, Kids Apparel & Shoes, Seasonal Customer Service, and Seasonal Fulfillment. The company is hosting a National Hiring Day event on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 11 AM to 5 PM at the NorthPark Center store (8687 N Central Expy Level One, Dallas, TX 75225). On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. The interview process is expected to take approximately 1 hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and if unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.

Requirements

Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach.
Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items.
Ability to reach for and lift items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
