About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions in various areas including Women's Apparel, Lingerie, Kids Apparel & Shoes, Accessories/Handbags, Men's Apparel, Shoes, Customer Service, and Logistics Stock & Fulfillment. They are also hiring for Seasonal Positions. The company is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, October 8th, 2026, from 11 AM to 5 PM at the Beachwood Place store (26200 Cedar Road, Beachwood, OH 44122). Interviews will take approximately 1 hour, and on-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and if unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.

Requirements

• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach
• Ability to frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items
• Ability to reach for and lift items above the head
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
• Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise and assist customers
• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
