About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for sales and support positions in Accessories, Men's Apparel, Women's Apparel, Kids Apparel & Shoes, Fulfillment, and Customer Service at The Mall in Columbia. A hiring event will be held Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants may arrive at any time during the event without scheduling in advance. Follow the hiring-event signs or ask a Nordstrom employee for directions. Bringing a resume is welcome but not required; allow approximately one hour for the interview process. Support positions pay $17.20–$17.90 per hour, and sales positions pay $16.25 per hour. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Commission for many selling employees varies by merchandise: apparel, shoes, and accessories typically range from 3% to 14.5%; Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3%. Some roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
