About The Position

At Goldfish Swim School, we are passionate about building confident lifelong swimmers and fostering the careers of our team members. We are looking for enthusiastic team players with a can-do perspective who enjoy working with children. Goldfish Swim School is a learn-to-swim facility for children aged 4 months to 12 years, utilizing a proven confidence-building curriculum to promote a love of swimming and water safety. Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise, and the respective Franchisee is the employer at each location, setting their own wages, benefit programs, and terms of employment.

Requirements

• Ability to work with children

• Must pass background examinations prior to training

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members
• Assist with class scheduling and billing
• Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships
• Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.
