The Sales and Service Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally across Sales, Service, Finance, and Business Systems to support and enhance the company’s sales operations infrastructure. This role is responsible not only for executing key processes such as sales compensation and analytics, but also for identifying opportunities to improve, automate, and scale those processes. This individual will leverage data, systems, and analytical thinking to drive accuracy, efficiency, and insight across sales operations. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to process redesign, automation initiatives, and broader operational analysis, while developing deep expertise in sales compensation and the K–8 educational industry.
