About The Position

The Sales and Service Manager will effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers. This role involves working independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property, and includes general property care, cleaning, and maintenance. The manager will conduct daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent, handle accurate payment processing and cash handling, and engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required
MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center (Effective 5/7/25)
Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal

Nice To Haves

Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus.
