This is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the District Manager. The role involves effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions, working independently both inside an office and outside on the property. Responsibilities include general property care, cleaning, maintenance, daily property walks to ensure spaces are ready for rent, accurate payment processing, cash handling, and engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. The position requires the ability to transport and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, walk in and around the property (up to 50% of the time outdoors), climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks like sweeping and mopping. Employees must have a Real ID or Passport for travel to a San Antonio training center by 5/7/25.
